Consistent water safety

Accurate dosing stops stinging eyes and murky water before bacteria have a chance to take hold.

Questions about this service

Do I need to be at home during the visit?

No, as long as we have clear side access to the garden and your plant room is unlocked, we can complete the work and lock up behind us.

Are chemicals included in the starting price?

The visit fee covers our labour and testing. Standard balancing chemicals used from our van stock are billed separately at trade prices.

How often should my pool be serviced?

During the British summer, a weekly or fortnightly service keeps the water sparkling; monthly visits usually suit the off-season.

How our pool visits work

  1. 1Water chemistry checkWe test your pool water on site using calibrated photometers to measure sanitizer, pH, and calcium hardness.
  2. 2Physical cleaningWe brush the waterline, skim floating leaves, clean out the skimmers, and vacuum the entire pool floor.
  3. 3Plant room routineWe empty the pump basket, backwash and rinse the sand filter, and inspect pipework for visible drips.
  4. 4Chemical dosage and reportingWe dose the correct treatment, check the heater run time, and leave a clear service sheet showing all readings.

Our Clarity Promise

If you notice anything amiss after our visit, or if your water balance drifts within 48 hours, contact us immediately. We will return to your pool, re-test the chemistry, and correct the issue at our own expense without hesitation. Pricing & payment

What our clients say about our visits

★★★★★
Our outdoor pool was cloudy after spring storms. ClearCrest sent Oliver, who diagnosed high cyanuric acid, adjusted the water, and vacuumed the floor spotless. Very tidy work.
Julian M., Guildford, GB

Reliable and punctual. They arrive right on schedule, clean the skimmer baskets, backwash the sand filter, and leave a printed water test slip. Great communication throughout.
Fiona H., Richmond, GB

Polite technicians who treat the garden patio with respect. Water balance is consistently spot-on, and paying via bank transfer after each visit makes billing effortless.
